Athletic Depot Return Policy:

Our mission is to ensure your satisfaction with the products you purchased. That is why we offer a 30 Days Return Policy for most of our products.

If you are not satisfy with any products for any reason, you can return the item(s) you purchased within 30 days with no restocking fees, just pay the cost to ship the item(s) back to us and we will take care the rest.

In order to receive a refund, returned item(s) must arrive in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Item(s) must be unused and must show no signs of damage in any ways.

We will cover the restocking fees for all products within our return policy with the exception of the list below:

Brands that subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs: Leisurecraft, Penguin Chillers, Master Massage, ReAthlete, Game Ready.

Brands that subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs: Ice Barrel. 

**Please note: we don't accept returns of accessories.

We reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete.

If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply.

The following brand(s) will apply our Extended Return Window of more than 30 days: Hooga Health (60 days).

Game Ready Return Policy:

Due to the medical nature and FDA certification of Game Ready products, we will not be able to accept returns of used Game Ready products.

Returns will only be accepted on New/Unused Game Ready Items within 30 days, but there will be a 20% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange for a different size then we can do this as long as the wraps are New/Unused. Customer will just be responsible for shipping costs.

If a product is defective, then it will fall under our normal 30 day return policy and we will help remedy the issue.

Damages

If you received your products and noticed any damages, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos of damaged item(s) to customerservice@athleticdepot.com, we will help you to submit the information of the damaged products to the carrier/manufacturer to process a replacement of the damaged for you.

Item(s) that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturers warranty.

Order Change/Cancellation Policy

If you would like to change/cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately.

Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund, with no extra cost.

Once your order has been processed they can no longer be changed/cancelled.

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Heavy/large size orders may take up to 7 business days to be processed and 14 business days to be delivered.

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Athletic Depot control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
