When will my order ship?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.
What if I want a product you don't have?
We have relationships with manufacturers in the recovery and fitness field, if there is a specific product that we do not advertise, there is still a good chance we can get it for you. Feel free to call us at (469) 253-5558 or email us at customerservice@athleticdepot.com
What happens after I place an order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from customerservice@athleticdepot.com with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records. After we receive your order we will being preparing your product for shipment. To get the most accurate shipping lead times, please view our shipping policy pages for this information.
Which shipping options methods do you accept?
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.
